Job Description:
Candidates must demonstrate a strong level of integrity and posses the ability to recruit student-athletes into a program committed to academic excellence and competing for national championships. In addition to high competency in soccer skill, tactical instruction and player motivation, the successful candidate must posess strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills and demonstrate a strong working knowledge of, and commitment to, NCAA rules compliance.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 5 years of successful experience coaching men' soccer at the Division I level or equivalent combination of playing/coaching experience is preferred.
