With his recent move to the Los Angeles Dodgers, Marty Greenspun is responsible for all revenue for the team and in charge of business operations for the stadium.

What is the biggest challenge of your new position?

It’s not so much about challenges, but rather opportunities. My primary focus is the growing of revenues for the Dodgers.

What’s your biggest professional accomplishment?

Rather than one big accomplishment, there are several small accomplishments that I feel proud of, such as the production of my first and only outdoor NHL preseason game at Caesars Palace, the development of the New York Yankees team store in Times Square, and the only New York Yankees team store at Yankee Stadium that I worked on.

What is your career advice?

Keeping in touch with contacts and networking are the among the most important things to do in this industry.

What one story are you continuing to watch in the sports industry?

I focus on all aspects of sports, whatever’s on the front page of the SportsBusiness Journal.
