Job Description:
As our Expert IT Architect for the Corporate Data and Enterprise Architecture team at our company, you'll perform as a senior integration architect on specific and emerging technologies. This role encompasses implementing integration methodology, business processes, process re-engineering and improvements. You'll evaluate, design, and establish technical protocols and standards, for enterprise wide use and in evaluating vendor solutions. You'll actively participate in delivering enterprise level Service Oriented Architecture. All designs are meant to be both pragmatic and applicable to meet business needs. You'll successfully function in a highly matrixed functional organization. In addition, you'll have the ability to provide technical leadership to an organization of over 100 individuals.
Requirements for the position include:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, CS, or a related field
* A minimum of 10 years of business or IT related work experience
* 2 years additional experience in lieu of degree
* Ability to work on highly complex projects to deliver overall strategic vision is essential
* Minimum 8 years of enterprise class solutions architecture experience
* Expert level knowledge of business process re-engineering and process improvements
* Mastery level of knowledge of Enterprise Application Integration, Data Integration, and Service Oriented Architecture.
* Experience integrating with major systems such as SAP, Teradata, WMS, eCommerce, PLM, etc.
* Experience with Patterns & Object-oriented technologies (J2EE preferred) is essential.
* Ability to travel both domestic and internationally.
* Strong technical leadership, communication and organizational skills
* Strong data background inclusive of quality, governance, and canonical forms
* Ability to pass a 7 year background check
* Direct experience with Oracle Fusion and/or SAP/PI as an architect, strong governance knowledge and leadership skills, and solid experience with Lean principles and iterative methodologies, I.E. ( Agile/Waterfall/RUP) is highly desired
