JOB SUMMARY

The Director of Client Services will be responsible for helping manage STA’s  NFL clients day to day client services such as travel services, relocation services, concierge services, personal services related to the clients family needs, onboarding new clients, coordinating new clients pre-draft training logistics, assisting them with completing forms related to various events such as All Star games, and the NFL Scouting Combine.  This position will also involve assisting STA’s agents with new client recruiting databases and helping prepare collateral sales materials.  This position may involve light periodic travel for client relations and/or coordinating certain client events.  In order to quickly learn the day-to-day job responsibilities and the scope of STA’s services, this individual would work predominantly in STA’s Buckhead (Atlanta) offices for a period of time.  However, based on performance progress, there will be flexibility on working partially remotely in due time.  Lastly, this individual will work closely with an STA current and experienced Co-Director of Client Services, which will accelerate their training and development.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cultivate and manage relationships with STA’s NFL clients
• Onboard new STA clients and developing a personal profile for their preferences
• Coordinate logistics for clients specialized pre-draft training solution and schedule
• Coordinate client’s logistics for All-Star games and the NFL Scouting Combine
• Maintain a calendar for clients’ day-to-day movements during pre-draft period
• Assist in client’s relocation to their new city once they have been drafted
• Assist with relocation services if a client joins a new NFL team in the future
• Assist with personal needs, such as periodic gift buying for family and/or friends
• Assist clients with ordering their complimentary shoes, apparel or other gifted products
• On as needed basis, assist clients’ families with travel needs
• Assist STA agents in their assimilation of prospective client recruiting lists, contact databases, collateral sales materials and mailings

JOB SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably sports related
• Applicable experience working with or around college or professional football players
• Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
• Systematically communicate with and timely respond to STA clients on their client service needs

SALARY AND BENEFITS

• Starting salary $60,000 - $80,000 annually, depending prior experience
