#JobMadness is Taking over the Sports Industry

I can already hear the music fading up in the background…

“The ball is tipped
and there you are
you’re running for your life
you’re a shooting star
And all the years
no one knows
just how hard you worked
but now it shows…

It could be the cheesiest song in sports history, even worse that “Let’s get it started in here”, but even reading the lyrics to “One Shining Moment” gets me a little teared up.

At the end of all the cheers, crying and trophy presentations this trumpet-loaded song crystallizes the whole “I remember that thing that happened just a few days ago” blur of a competition.

There is something special about March Madness.

Which is why we have launched #JobMadness the reality for the rest of us. Most of us will never be on the court with a game winner on the line, but we can pursue our dreams of working in the sports industry, saddled up to the passion of the games we love on a daily basis.
