ResponsibilitiesRole PurposeThe Administrative Assistant will provide executive administrative assistance and support to four senior executives within the NBC Regional Sports Networks leadership team: President, Group and Strategic Production & Programming Leader, SVP, Content & Live Programming, SVP, Platforms & Strategy, and SVP, Technical Operations.Job Duties

- Responsible for answering phones and coordinating calendars, including meetings, conferences and appointments
- Operate independently and make decisions on priorities
- Handle and coordinate confidential information
- Prepare expense reports and order supplies
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements
- Assist when appropriate in preparation and drafting of documents and presentations
- Provide personal assistance on various projects and activities
- Additional duties as assigned
Excellent communication and follow-up skills needed
Must be a team player
Ability to handle confidential information and interact with high-level executives
Solid writing and organization skills
Must be detail-oriented and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Must be able to prioritize demands and heavy volumes of internal demands of senior executives and multi-task to accomplish tasks
Comfortable dealing with heavy volumes of calls – both internal and external
Skilled at scheduling complicated travel arrangements
Prior production experience or interest in production a plus
