Job Description:

Responsibilities



The Software Engineer II will report directly to the B2C Software Engineering Manage and is responsible for developing world-class business applications in an Agile environment. This role will work closely with business analysts and other technology team members to plan, design, develop, deploy, maintain, and support various B2C platforms.

Job Duties
  • Work with software team to maintain / enhance existing and add new features to B2C products
  • Work with a team of fellow engineers on features from inception to completion
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues on projects
  • Create meaningful unit tests with a test driven mindset
  • Propose various solutions to a given problem where applicable
  • Contribute to team discussions in regards to architecture decisions
  • Develop software solutions in technologies and languages best suited for the problem at hand

    Qualifications/Requirements

    Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience with c# (4.0+)
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in agile environments
  • Experience with angular js, html, javascript
  • Experience with bootstrap, css
  • Experience interacting with folks with technical or business backgrounds
  • Understand Object Oriented programming methodology
  • Familiarity with different design patterns and implementations
  • Ability to juggle multiple time-sensitive projects
  • Experience with automation testing
  • Experience with continuous integration
  • Experience with git or TFS

  • Understanding of web services and associated protocols
  • Understanding of micro-service architecture and related patterns
  • Experience with Moq or other unit test framework equivalent
  • Experience in application performance tuning
  • Knowledge of golf a plus
