Launch your career at Life Time as an Account Manager in our Sales Department focusing on member acquisition and retention. In this role you will inspire, guide and help others live a healthy way of life by encouraging their involvement through our best-in-class people, places and programs. You will foster and promote a consultative, interactive sales process by utilizing your passion for fitness and competitive drive to succeed while managing a consistently growing personal book of business. As part of the onboarding process and continued education, you will continue on your healthy way of life journey augmented with a customized plan supported by our fitness professionals.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Actively participate in promoting the ongoing services provided by our best in class fitness professionals
• Operate as the lead point of contact and relationship manager for any and all matters specific to your book of business
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly acquisition and retention goals through persistent and enthusiastic outreach
• Customize the buying experience by encouraging involvement with our people, programs and places to align with the unique needs, interests and goals of each prospective member
• Recruit new members through outbound calling and lead generation
• Initiate, develop and grow relationships with new and current members
• Leverage new and existing relationships to maximize member referrals
• Inspire others to live a healthier way of life when they are not inspired themselves
• Collaborate daily with club leadership to ensure effective onboarding and strong retention of members
• Attend daily meetings to align with club acquisition and retention strategies
• Attend monthly regional sales meetings to further align with regional and company objectives
• Predict member needs through on going communication

Qualifications
Education & Experience


• College degree preferred
• Polished and professional appearance
• Minimum 1-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience
• Ability to engage and exude confidence with distinguished clientele
• Self-motivated and self-starter
• Experience in meeting and exceeding goals in a performance based culture
• Personal passion and commitment for living a healthy way of life
• Desire to learn and adapt in an ever-changing environment
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Enjoys and works well on a team
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM preferred

Licenses / Certifications / Registrations

• Completion of Life Time University Account Manager Certification once hired
• Completion of Life Time University PT Certification once hired
• Completion of Life Time University Leadership Certification once hired
