•Leadership: Consistently looking to coach, lead, drive and inspire the key account team, in order to deliver commercial results and develop talent within the commercial organization.

•Planning: Work with Territory Commercial Director to develop accurate and realistic go-to-market plans, seasonal assortments, forecasts and scenario plans. Conduct monthly and seasonal business reviews with customers. Meet all reporting deadlines in a timely and consistent manner.

•Account Management: Effectively manage the key accounts in the Benelux marketplace. Provide account feedback to key stakeholders including the Northern Europe Commercial Director and business planning manager. Use market knowledge on product trends, pricing and the competition to maximize Converse product placement and sales.

•Communication: Establish and maintain timely, consistent and positive external and internal relationships. Provide exceptional customer service by developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customer personnel at all levels of the customer’s business. Communicate daily with Territory Commercial Director and informed of opportunities, problems, progress, and support needed. Share expertise and best practice with the key account team.

•Results: Accountable for the execution, management and timely coordination of the key account team strategy. Meet all deadlines in a timely and consistent manner.

Qualifications

•University degree in the area Business or equivalent
�6-8 years of prior sales experience (preferably within the fashion / athletic product industry)
•A minimum of 2 to 3 years of sales management experience
•Fluency in Dutch and English is required; French would an advantage
•Ability to use financial data to make sound decisions to maximize revenues, profits and sales opportunities
•Understanding of complex business issues & find creative ways to solve problems
•Strong stakeholder management capabilities and a proven ability to persuade and influence people to take desired action
•Insights and experience within the Benelux marketplace is preferred
