The Project Administrator shall maintain all Project Information Systems relating to Projects and support Senior Director of Construction Services, Project Managers and Project Superintendents. Assist in the development of, and administer, project control systems; including file structure management, cost accounting, bid documentation, contracts, insurance, schedules and all project document control (i.e. RFI’s, Submittals, Meeting Notes, etc…). Maintain and manage Project Management software environment (currently Procore) and conduct all operations in a manner which promotes and maintains the company pillars of Welcoming, Intuitive, Engaging and Motivating.

Requirements and Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in Commercial Construction field
Strong multi-tasking skills
Strong written and verbal communication
Computer literacy with Word, Outlook, Excel and MS Project (preferred)
Project Management experience (preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication
Ability to work well under pressure
Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and adapt to change quickly
Ability to review, disseminate and manage project changes and change orders
