3d Lacrosse (3d) is a lacrosse services company offering youth and high school players a variety of levels of training, Select travel teams, recruiting showcases and club experiences. 3d Directors are provided with an unparalleled opportunity to impact the game of lacrosse by advancing coaching standards and implementing an effective player development system. Due to the entrepreneurial aspect of this position, Directors have the autonomy to build their business to meet the demands of their individual market. The huge benefit is that 3d has the infrastructure of a larger company to provide back end support, marketing and budget oversight.
The Director position is multi-faceted and demands and fosters a wide range of skills necessary to develop a thriving business. We expect our managers to have; a strong lacrosse acumen, great customer service skills, an eye for business development opportunities and the competitive drive to operate autonomously and remotely.
Our Directors are actively involved in the training and development of young lacrosse players and must have a desire to teach and learn the game at the highest level. This is not just a club lacrosse position, the Southland Director will be expected to maintain and grow our existing club business while building out potential workshops, leagues and camps. The Southland Director must be passionate, energetic, adaptable, self-motivated and have the ability to create, improve and build customer and partner relationships.

Candidates for this position should possess the following:
A willingness and ability to coach a wide range of talents and age groups.
The motivation to exhibit field presence and train large groups of players and coaches.
An understanding of both field and box lacrosse philosophies.
The ability to run an up-tempo practice.
Basic and advanced coaching techniques for both offensive and defensive players.
Excellent lacrosse knowledge and skills.
A successful record of promoting/selling program information to increase market share.
Effective management skills for staff, coaches and others.
The ability to develop, adopt and implement processes and procedures for sales/business development, marketing and customer relationships.
A working knowledge of data analysis including the ability to interpret metrics.
The ability to interpret financial data, create and adhere to budgets in order to increase profitability.
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.), CRM.
3 to 4 years in a business environment.
Managing and guiding employee and player teams.
Financial acumen, including developing and maintaining budgets.
4 to 5 years high school or college level coaching.
Played and/or coached other sports (preferred).
