3d Market Managers (Manager) are provided with an unparalleled opportunity to impact the game of lacrosse by advancing coaching standards and implementing an effective player development system. This is not just a club lacrosse position, the Manager is expected to maintain and grow our existing club business while building out potential workshops, leagues and camps. This position works in conjunction with the Mid-Atlantic Market Director (Director) to identify and seize opportunities that will assist in expanding and enhancing the Mid-Atlantic market. The huge benefit is that 3d has the infrastructure of a larger company to provide back end support, marketing and budget oversight.
The Manager role is multi-faceted and demands and fosters a wide range of skills necessary to develop a thriving business. The Manager will provide team management, event management, facility management as well as some finance and budgeting. We expect managers to have a strong lacrosse acumen, great customer service skills, an eye for business development opportunities and the competitive drive to operate autonomously and remotely. 3ds Managers are actively involved in the training and development of young lacrosse players and must have a desire to teach and learn the game at the highest level. The Mid-Atlantic Market Manager must be passionate, energetic, adaptable, self-motivated and have the ability to create, improve, build and retain customer and partner relationships.
3d believes it is very important for managers to possess the skills necessary to deal with differing attitudes, personalities and goals of teams, players, parents and coaches. This also includes holding players to accountable and requiring that they display sportsmanlike conduct at all times. Additional responsibilities include and are not limited to creating daily program agendas, implementing a program curriculum, hiring and training qualified staff, main point of sales for boys' lacrosse Mid-Atlantic Market.

A willingness and ability to coach a wide range of talents and age groups.
The motivation to exhibit field presence and train large groups of players and coaches.
An understanding of both field and box lacrosse philosophies.
The ability to run an up-tempo practice.
Creativity and innovation.
Basic and advanced coaching techniques for both offensive and defensive players.
Excellent lacrosse knowledge and skills.
Previous experience promoting/selling program information.
Effective management skills for staff, coaches and others.
An understanding of sales/business development with the ability to develop the skills necessary
to execute business deals and expand the market.
The ability to understand financial data and adhere to budgets.
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.), CRM.
Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
Managing and guiding employee and player teams.
Building and maintaining solid working relationships with internal and external customers.
2 to 3 years high school or college level coaching.
Played and/or coached other sports (preferred).
1 to 2 years in a business environment (preferred).
