Responsible for managing key event logistics, project coordination and administrative services in support of the Sports Marketing Grassroots team.

Key Accountabilities:

• Responsible for managing key logistics for all assigned consumer and corporate events. (Transport/ Catering/ Lodging/ Flights)
• Drive project coordination for consumer and corporate events while supporting Event Managers and Coordinators with the development of strategic event marketing plans.
• Create presentation materials that outline plans for event briefs.
• Manages and tracks event inventory as a whole and for all individual consumer and corporate events.
• Manage communication between key internal stakeholders and external agencies regarding event timelines and calendars including resolution of issues that arise to ensure timely results.
• Track and reconcile all event budgets when needed and be the lead for processing all event invoices.
• Owns and maintains department event calendar.
• Owns and maintains historical information on the shared drive.
• Process promotional orders in SAP.
• Provide general administrative support when needed to Head of Event Marketing and team.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to manage and drive multiple event logistics set and maintains timelines.
• Knowledge of event industry terms and commonly used documents is critical.
• Experience and knowledge of meeting planning (room set-up, catering, production / basic AV, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills are critical.
• Ability to be Independent, ambitious and a self starter.
• Ability to maintain a professional attitude in fast paced, changing environments.
• Ability to work independently under little guidance.
• Ability to cope and manage change.
• Ability to effectively communicate to all levels within the organization.
• Advanced knowledge of industry-standard software, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)


• Four-year college or university degree, emphasis in marketing or communications preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for degree.
• One year Event related experience required.
• Sport enthusist preferred.
