Coordinator, Sports Marketing - Operations

To coordinate and execute end-to-end process of Asset Card program. To provide operational support to Sports Marketing contracted athletes and team, sports marketing licensees and new promotional partners.
Daily tasks to include: process new asset card requests, adding/reducing funds, cancelling cards, tracking all information on master file. Seeking approval from finance for all new card requests. Also included: Issuing/mailing cards to final recipient, validating budget code information, and ad hoc reporting as needed from SVS Portal.
Run monthly card report, analyze data and distribute to the appropriate groups.
Monitor ecomm order status via Demandware- to provide additional order information as needed.
Ad hoc reporting within Microstrategies- to provide finite order detail
Execute Pre Auth clear report twice a week to ensure no funds are tied up in pre-authorizations.
Manage 3003 inventory- daily requests, ensuring product moves out in a timely fashion- executing transfers.
Oversee monthly hype seeding programs and coordinate distributions as needed- tracking POs and manage hard launch dates- coordinate with Special Order teams. Move inventory out when distribution complete.
Provide operational support to various Sports Marketing teams- including inventory search, order placement, order follow up/tracking and email/phone communications with external partners.
Maintain regular communication with partners to ensure all commitments are fulfilled and superior services has been provided.
Communicate with distributions centers to fulfil expedited shipping requests, track shipments and inventory allocation.
Assist on miscellaneous Sports Marketing projects.

Proficiency with MS Office Suite and working with systems/application
Advanced knowledge of, and experience with, Excel, including the ability to sort/filter/organize data for reporting purposes, vlookup and Pivot Tables
Ability to make sound business decisions.
A passion for sports and an interest in the athletic industry and trends and/or athletic product lines, and knowledge of specific sports category preferred.
A Bachelor degree from a four year college or university and a minimum one year related experience; equivalent combination or education and experience may be substituted.
Degree with emphasis in Merchandising, Marketing or Business Management preferred.
Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for degree.
