Job Description:

Position Summary:

This position is responsible for oversight of box office operations for both teams, as well as executing CRM implementation and promotional email schedule builds.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: includes but not limited to:

· Builds each new season (and playoffs) in Archtics
· Creates invoices for season ticket holders on payment plans and for renewals
· Posts invoices for online payments
· Creates payment plans for online payments
· Creates barcode for season ticket holder cards
· Sets-up Ticketmaster training for Account Executives
· Builds promotional codes and links for Account Executives
· Builds item sets for online sales for season tickets, mini plans, ticket deposit, etc.
· Builds ticket templates for events
· Builds ticket types and price codes
· Codes seats, by type, for each respective season
· Creates group ticket managers and links for clients
· Creates seating plans for re-sale and provides spreadsheets
· Builds and populates daily game summary report for both teams
· Assists with CRM implementation and management
· Responsible for building email campaign dashboards and content including html file, images, subject line and list filtering
· Uses current technology trends such a responsive design, html5 and ccs3 to ensure emails render properly in all email clients
· Manages the database of email addresses in all facets such as opt-in, opt-out, blacklist, exclusion, etc.
· Works within a brand to ensure email content is consistent in format, style, language and look and feel

Minimum Education and Qualifications:

· Bachelors’ Degree in Sports Management, Business, Finance or a related field
· Proficiency with Archtics, CRM platform (Microsoft CRM or Salesforce Preferred), Ticketmaster or related ticketing platform
· Strong organizational and time management skills and has an attention to detail
· Two years of experience working with a collegiate or professional sports team in a game entertainment or operations capacity
· In lieu of a Degree and previously mentioned experience, six years of experience working with a collegiate or professional sports team in a game entertainment or operations capacity may be considered
