At National Prospect ID this is what we do on a day-to-day basis:

Our Scouting Team works with aspiring athletes who have dreams of playing sports at the collegiate level. We also help college coaches at all levels discover talented athletes that they can recruit and evaluate for their athletics programs. Every day the National Prospect ID Scouting team connects aspiring athletes to college coaches with the support of a trusted staff and cutting edge technology.

National Prospect ID was started by 2 of the top College Scouts in the industry. Their combined 14 year experience as National Scouts has produced over 4,000 student athletes playing at the collegiate level, earning over $72 million in scholarship dollars. In addition to their individual success they have led very large scouting teams of over 30 scouts for 2 years helping roughly 10,000 student athletes earn over $180 million in scholarships for school.

You will be working and trained by the best of the best.

Step 1 **Your starting position at National Prospect ID will be as a Scouting Coordinator. You will set meetings for our National Scouting Directors with qualified student-athletes who are interested in playing college sports. We will train you to provide preliminary scouting assessments using proprietary technology and a proven process. You will be trained to become a recruiting expert and assist families in their initial experience with National Prospect ID.

100% commission. Our top Scouting Coordinators will set up National Scouting Directors to enroll roughly 30-40+ athletes per month, and will make $45,000 to $60,000 per year.

Details and Responsibilities:

- Manage a recruiting list of potential college prospects to identify those who might have the ability to play in college
- Conduct initial research on each athlete
- Conduct initial academic/athletic phone assessments with parents of student-athletes
- Set meetings with prospective Student Athletes and their family and maintain a full calendar for your National Scout
- Responsible for following up with families who need to reschedule their appointments
- Communicate with parents and athletes over the phone
- Stay up to date with NCAA rules and regulations
- Create a memorable experience for every family who engages with National Prospect ID
- Maintain a work Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram account

Step 2 **The best Scouting Coordinators will be promoted to National Scouting Director. You will set meetings for our National Scouting Directors with qualified student-athletes who are interested in playing college sports. We will train you to provide preliminary scouting assessments using proprietary technology and a proven process. You will be trained to become a recruiting expert and assist families in their initial experience with National Prospect ID.

100% commission. Our top National Scouting Directors will sign up 40-50+ athletes per month and can make $70,000 to $110,000+ per year.
