Job Description:

THE JOB / Account Executive

Do you have an interest in Experiential Marketing and the Automotive Industry, are you a self-starter with a "jack of all trades mindset", do you feel just as comfortable working on a spreadsheet as you do out in the field? Then this role may be for you.

The Account Executive will join an existing team and play an integral role in planning and executing experiential event activations throughout the state of Florida. You will be responsible for these programs from concept through to closing, and will need to draw on your skills and build experience in a wide range of Experiential Marketing areas from Finance, to CRM, to onsite event operations.

THE WORK YOU'LL DO

  • Execute Events


o Coordinate with venues and vendors

o Manage onsite staff

o Interact with customers and clients

o Plan vehicle displays and event elements

  • Customer Relationship Management - CRM Strategy


o Develop invitation strategy to drive attendance to events and follow up with attendees post event

o Assist in development of pre-registration sites, invite email campaigns, and/or social media campaigns.

  • Oversee program budgets


o Estimate budgets for programs and obtain client approval

o Reach out to vendors to secure quotes and process vendor payments

o Reconcile program budgets post event

  • Create Post Event Recap Documents


Qualifications

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR


•You have a passion for and expertise in sports, luxury marketing, entertainment, gaming, music and/or celebrity & lifestyle culture
•Bachelor’s Degree with 1-3 years’ experience in either: Event Marketing, Finance, CRM, automotive/luxury industries
•A great project manager – you never miss a deadline and dot all the “I”s and cross all the “T”s
•A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
•A person who takes pride in their work and cares about the details
•Someone who can work odd hours and travel
•A self-starter who will take initiative and push to make the whole team better
•A proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to respond quickly to inbound emails
