As our East Retail Brand Specialist, you'll join an exciting team dedicated to elevating Nike retail experiences in key doors throughout NYC and the East Coast. You'll execute on the team's strategy and categorically driven marketing vision engaging directly with customers across retail channels. You will manage all details of program execution, including integrated brand initiatives and seasonal product launches. You will also be a brand champion, nurturing internal and external cohesion.

Accountabilities:

· You’ll manage the overall execution of seasonal/monthly initiatives, sport moments and premium retail experience.
· You’ll lead the in-store marketing, service and environment installs through the window and in-store creative elements.
· You will also support any new shop openings in the East
· In addition, you will work cross functionally with Visual Presentation, Merchandising, Account Sales, Brand and the category teams in Beaverton to ensure a seamless execution at retail upon launch.
· Ensure consistently, holistic NIKE messaging by unifying our marketing position across in-store marketing programs and digital teams.
· Communicate successes and share learning to enhance further our use of best practices

· Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field
· Minimum three years' experience in retail, retail brand, brand marketing or comparable
· Confident knowledge of Nike and the respective consumer culture
· Demonstrated ability to own the traditional and digital marketing project management process including the management of external agencies used to assist in those efforts
· Strong verbal and written communication skills including meeting facilitation skills and the confidence to give presentations
· Ability to clearly articulate goals and objectives
· Ability to understand challenges or underlying concerns, share ideas and develop effective responses or elevate to higher management
