Job Description:

The successful candidate will drive the mission to create the undisputed world’s best category retailer, digitally and physically connected to our consumer like no other. With Nike at the forefront, our business at the account will grow at an accelerated rate.

Key responsibilities will include:

•Responsible for financial goals on a seasonal basis including futures and daily business targets. Ensure appropriate seasonal product flow by category and by month, in order to optimize account opportunities.
•Work within an Integrated Account Team, ensuring strong cross functional working relationships with Merchandising, Retail Planning, Customer Operations and Brand
•Lead the development of account business plans with the customer through close collaboration. Prepare seasonal sales plans for accounts prior to seasonal Go To Market.
•Drive in the project team to deliver a ground breaking and scalable physical retail concept.
•Demonstrate excellent account management including accurate forecasting, assortment planning and professional presentations to ensure strong customer relations. Actively collaborate with line manager in the development of a Strategic Plan for account.
•Establish and maintain timely, consistent and positive external and internal relationships. Provide exceptional customer service by developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customer personnel.
•Deliver comprehensive order book management including accurate order entry and shipping. Maintain high level of collaboration between Nike Customer Service and the account to ensure alignment.
•Demonstrate good market awareness monitoring retail trends and competitor activity. Be a market expert as well as an account expert.
•Deliver regular internal reports, weekly updates, seasonal tracking and forecasts, to fully understand Nike's market position and recognize the opportunity for business growth.
•Lead the development of the account Integrated MarketPlace (IMP) plans with the customer through close collaboration between internal IMP team and external parties. Prepare seasonal teardowns for the accounts prior to seasonal key meetings.

Education/Experience Requirements:

•Strong account management experience ideally within the Sports or Retail industry. Focus on footwear and/or apparel would advantageous but is not essential
•Managing account relationships across all levels.
•Sales experience with a strong awareness of selling dynamics, data and sales planning
•Exposure and understanding of Digital Sales/eCommerce
•A passion for sport
•Strong interpersonal skills, both oral and written, with effective presentation skills.
•Strong communication skills - cross functional with high level management and International category teams.
•Process and operational ability.
•Strong Team dynamic – cross multiple functions.
•Ability to analyze retailer sales data to identify opportunities, and act accordingly.
