Job Description

The incumbent serves as the liaison between the branches and the HR office with regard to all Payroll procedures. Ensures all Payroll procedures are followed at the branch level.

Qualifications

Bachellors Degree in related field
Minimum 2 years experience in Payroll or HR. Experience with ADP Workforce now a plus

Essential Functions

Performs all activities necessary to process payroll.
Ensure proper procedures are followed with regard to security of all personnel information.
Maintain related records, with regard to voluntary and involuntary deductions, levies and garnishments.
Posting of staff deductions to the proper accounts.
Reviews payroll related transactions for accuracy and completeness. Assist new employees with on-boarding processes.
May provide administrative support to the Human Resources Director.
