How do I use your messaging templates to contact candidates?

You may choose to use a pre-written template, or you can create your own message. If you’d like to save a message as a template, select “Templates” above the message box and select “Create New Template.”

If you’d like to save your message as a template, select “Templates” above the message box, and select “Create New Template.” You may also add personalization tokens to your messages – like candidate name, job title, and your contact information – that will automatically populate with the appropriate information.

Additionally, all team members may use your templates.
