Job Description

3Q is looking for a Quality Supervisory to add to our already great team.  We are a family-owned company and have been distributing, packaging, and assembling fastener and related components since 2003.  This position ensures quality products are delivered to our customers.


  • Conducts incoming and final inspection of product
  • Communicate to various departments any issues associated with products that do not meet standards
  • Maintains appropriate product records
  • Develop inspection plans
  • Support inventory: management, accuracy, and material handling
  • Support product shipments: on time and per customer requirements
  • Organize, calibrate, and schedule maintenance of tools, gages, and equipment
  • Develop and execute product quality training for staff
  • Develop and implement ISO9000 program to certification
  • Effectively uses quality references and resources


  • 5+ years related experience in a Quality environment including experience in managing people along with the development of policies and procedures for Quality
  • Fastener experience or similar industry experience preferred
  • Post-secondary degree preferred
  • Computer proficiency (Microsoft office, Internet, QuickBooks)
  • Working knowledge of Quality tools
  • Knowledge of ISO9000
  • Leader with the ability to relate with all levels within the organization
  • Strong analytical and organization skills
  • Strong interpersonal communication
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team
  • High level of integrity and work ethic
  • Must be comfortable working for a small company
  • Detail oriented
