Our Inside Sales Executives sell print and digital advertising to local, regional and national businesses of all sizes that are interested in aligning their businesses and brands with the National Football League (NFL), Major League Baseball (MLB), National Basketball Association (NBA), and the National Hockey League (NHL). Our marketing packages allow an advertiser to be seen by the hundreds of thousands if not millions of fans attending the regular and post-season games and marquee events. Additionally our marketing opportunities allow for digital engagement of the fan-base through the official websites, social media, email marketing and team app advertising.
Candidates must be extremely articulate with strong written and communication skills.
Compensation: We provide a professional environment with competitive compensation and benefits package commensurate with experience and performance. Our starting base compensation is $35,000 per year based on sales made. Additional commissions can be earned above and beyond as well. Additionally, we offer a world class employee benefits package which include: Employer Contributed Medical Premiums for both Employee and Dependents, Health Savings Account (HSA), Paid Holidays, Paid Time Off, and 401k. Additionally, bonuses, spiffs, and tickets to sporting events are earned through individual performance.
First year earning expectations for someone with no sales experience is $35,000 to $65,000. Work Ethic, Intelligence, and Creativity goes a long way in determining how much you can earn. Those with B2B sales experience can expect to earn upwards of $100,000 first year out. Our top sales executives are earning $220,000+ a year. Our products essentially sell themselves. It's primarily Work Ethic that separates the lower earners from the higher earners.
