Job Description


Qualifications:

Valid Indiana Teacher's License (progress toward administrative license preferred)

Minimum of 5 years of successful teaching experience; administrative experience preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary administrator for student discipline across K-12.

Investigate behavioral incidents following the BRV Student Handbook and Indiana Code.

Facilitate disciplinary conferences with students, parents/guardians, and staff.

Monitor daily and chronic absenteeism reports; contact families to support re-engagement.

Assist with documentation and referral processes for legal attendance concerns in collaboration with juvenile courts or truancy officers.

Ensure event logistics, crowd control, and student conduct policies are upheld.

Maintain a visible administrative presence at games and tournaments to support coaches, student-athletes, officials, and fans.
