Job Description
The Office Associate is responsible for coordinating and executing the administrative activities to the Football program. Submits and processes procurement and travel transactions in Workday for Football program (e.g., requisitions; spend authorization; expense reports; supplier invoice requests; and miscellaneous payments). Responsibilities include distributing incoming mail & packages, processing outgoing mail & packages; signing out p-cards for use in the department; and picking up checks at OSU accounts payable office to distribute to requested units. Maintains inventory and processes orders for office supplies. Maintains and reconciles university p-card transactions according to OSU p-card policy. Provide administrative support to coaches including scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements. Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and ensure proper meeting follow-ups. Assist with logistics and travel for official visits and recruiting events. Oversee student administrative assistants for football program. Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED. Certification or vocational training may be required. An associate degree in a relevant field may be preferred. 2 years of relevant experience required. 6-10 years of relevant experience preferred. Per Classified Civil Service Specifications
Final candidates are subject to successful completion of a background check. A drug screen or physical may be required during the post offer process.
