Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and execute ticket operations including season, group, and single-game sales,
as well as game day box office management. - Assist in the execution and development of ticketing and fundraising strategies across all
athletic events. - Create and implement innovative sales campaigns and promotions to increase revenue and attendance.
- Collaborate with the Associate AD for External Relations and other departments (Marketing, Compliance, Advancement).
- Partner with Alumni Relations and Institutional Advancement to support alumni ticketing initiatives and donor engagement.
- Manage NCAA and NEC compliance for pass lists for student-athletes, staff, and recruits.
- Serve as the main contact for all ticket inquiries
- Provide exceptional customer service and conflict resolution.
- Generate financial reports and track revenue and attendance data.
- Contribute to outreach efforts including cold calling, email campaigns, and group presentations.
- Support and help coordinate department fundraising events including golf outings and Seahawk booster clubs (e.g., Seahawk Club, Touchdown Club, Hardwood Club).
- Supervise and train student workers in ticketing operations and game day logistics.
Preferred Skills & Experiences:
- Experience with AudienceView or similar ticketing software
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or creative tools
- Customer service, sales, and cold-calling experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organizational and multitasking abilities
- Understanding of NCAA compliance and ticket operations
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Sport Management, Business, Communications, or related field
- Acceptance into Wagner Colleges graduate program (required)
- Previous experience in ticket sales, sponsorship, fundraising, or game day/event
operations preferred - Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
