Windshield Repair - Experience Not Necessary - Will Train
Position Overview
- The Recruiter / Field Manager will oversee talent acquisition for windshield repair technicians, field supervisors, and corporate support - roles, while managing day-to-day operations of field teams. This dual role supports growth by ensuring both the right staffing and - optimal field performance.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Collaborate with department leaders to define hiring needs for technicians, field supervisors, and office staff
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies via job boards, social media, referrals, and local events
- Screen applications, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring logistics
- Oversee new-hire orientation, training schedules, and probationary evaluations
Field Management
- Monitor activities of auto glass repair technicians, sales, and windshield repairs, reporting outcomes to upper management
- Supervise and mentor a team of windshield repair technicians and field supervisors
- Assign work orders, optimize route schedules, and act as leader on duty on a rotating basis (opening/closing, guest and team-member - concerns, property security)
- Provide ongoing training, feedback, and follow-up on repair skills for sales/CSR team members
Performance & Culture
- Maximize sales and profitability for assigned locations
- Foster a fast-paced, energetic environment that delivers consistent guest service and team-member satisfaction
- Track recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness) and field KPIs (job completion rate, customer satisfaction), preparing - regular reports for senior leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 4 years combined experience in full-cycle recruiting and field operations management
- Demonstrated leadership skills with at least 10 years of management experience
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday) and scheduling software
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and corporate teams
- Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Windshield repair experience not requiredcomprehensive training provided
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly salary range: $22 $28
- 40 45 hour work week
