Operations Manager for Toms Marathon Movers

We need someone with Moving Operations experience to join our team here at Toms Marathon Movers.

Key Responsibilities

Hiring, training, and managing movers and drivers, including motivating them and addressing any issues.

Planning and scheduling moves, allocating personnel, trucks, and materials, and communication with crew

Ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience, addressing customer concerns, and resolving any issues that arise. we treat our customers with a white glove and we need that on the phone as well.

Problem Solving:
Addressing unexpected issues, such as last-minute changes, crew shortages, or customer complaints, and finding solutions.
