Operations Manager

We are a full service field hockey club with our own indoor field hockey facility. We provide all types of training from recreational leagues and training to elite travel teams competing in national tournaments. Our services include private lessons, recruiting consulting, highlight film development, personalized merchandise, equipment store and much more.

The ideal candidate will have an ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units.

Individual must be willing to be in the office at the facility Monday - Friday. Must be available to fly for events on occasion. Must be able to drive a car and have a valid drivers license. This individual will have a variety of responsibilities and prior experience is not necessary. We are able to train an individual in each area of responsibility.

Responsibilities include: managing our programs and registration systems, assisting with travel arrangements, setting up our out of town events, managing our play days, assisting with social media, assisting with marketing, work with staff to ensure objectives are being met, establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability, manage the daily functions of the business, prepare annual performance review and reevaluate processes, and manage budget to align with goals of business.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency with Google Docs
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Strong ability to multitask
• Comfort working with multiple groups within business
• Valid Drivers License
• Willingness to travel for some out of town events
• Able to work in the office
