Job Description:
Provide office support direct to the Member Services Lead by implementing and executing current administrative systems, procedures, and policies, and monitoring office projects for worldwide golf membership company with offices in New Jersey and London. This position is located in our Red Bank, NJ office.
Office Duties:
- Answer phone calls, emails, and work directly with members for all tee-time bookings.
- Build personal relationships with members and partner clubs to enhance the membership experience.
- Manage & Input into Booking System / Calendar for Member / Club Utilizations / Social activity.
- Maintain Eligo app with Member Games, club information and other member correspondence.
- Run monthly reports to maintain understanding of play access and budget requirements.
- Manage pre-set times and internal club calendars for current inventory.
- Facilitate all Members and Partner Club requests, including concierge.
- Facilitate and implement all member mailings and notifications related to events, bookings and club notifications
- Liaison with Eligo members and Eligo private clubs in a professional manner to coordinate tee times on an as needed basis for every member.
- Maintain Rotation Schedule with other team members in line with business hours and needs.
- End to End ownership of the Eligo member Tee Time booking procedure.
- Process new and existing members into the designated systems.
- Manage, maintain and distribute all new and existing member gifts which includes ordering and keeping inventory of all gifts and shipping/office supplies, preparing and shipping out as needed by the business.
- Schedule and deliver orientation for new members, provide assistance in supporting duties as needed by the business.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Protect organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
- As directed you are to attend applicable / required Eligo special event days, including socials.
- Work hand in hand with the Member Services team and provide assistance in supporting duties as needed by the business.
- Work hand in hand with fellow team members and departments.
- Employee shall perform such other duties as are customarily performed by other persons in similar positions, including other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Knowledge of golf industry is required.
- Proven experience 5+ years in a front desk, hospitality, or customer service role
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with booking systems and apps
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with diverse members and teams
- Highly organized, with strong multi-tasking and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- A positive, cheerful demeanor with a passion for providing exceptional service
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a collaborative team
- Quick learner with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Compensation
- Total Compensation Package: Range between $45,000 - $55,000 annually (base salary and bonus potential, DOE)
- Earnings will vary based on individual performance, effort, and results — motivated team members have the potential to exceed the stated range
- Expected hours : Full-Time – Monday-Friday (Weekend alternating schedule shifts)
- Benefits : PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision
Work Location: In person, in office.
