We are seeking an enthusiastic Hotel Front Desk Attendant who will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a positive and lasting impression. You will handle all aspects of a guest's stay, from check-in to check-out, while embodying our propertys vision, mission, and core values. Your multitasking skills and guest-focused mentality will be key to ensuring a seamless experience.**Compensation:**
$12-$13 hourly
**Responsibilities:**
- Take reservations over the telephone, through emails and in person, including groups
- Operate hotel switchboard, take calls and provide information and transfer calls
- Balance cash at the end of the shift and generate accounting reports for the benefit of the next shift
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to address and resolve guest concerns promptly.
- Answer queries regarding the hotels services, charges, dining facilities, sports facilities, and travel directions
**Qualifications:**
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
- Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Proficiency in internet software, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
