Job Description Highlights:
Role: Club Administrator
Reports To: Program Director
Location: Columbus, OH
Role Scope & Requirements:
To oversee daily administrative business operations to ensure effective execution of the company's set goals through:
Financial Responsibilities:
- Work with Directors to set billing dates and ensure rosters are set in a timely and accurate manner for billing
- Ensure membership enrollment meets the Organization's Goals
- Provide all League and Tournament application fee receipts to President in a clear and timely manner
Admin Responsibilities:
- Work with Regional Director and Club Director to maintain accurate rosters for billings
- Attend monthly General Staff meetings to understand expectations, provide updates, listen for feedback, and support accordingly
- Communicate with Regional Director and Club Director when new tryout players sign-up and confirm training attendance
- Work with the Director to obtain all league and tournament requests and execute applications in a timely manner.
- Update shared master planning sheets with each application's status
- Oversee the registration needs of our Staff and communicate directly with staff members on any registration, background, or safety training required
Communications:
- Work with Regional Director and Club Director to ensure communication systems are working correctly (Playmetrics)
- Work with Regional Director and Club Director to execute on communications throughout the year
- Lead all communication to Team Managers pertaining to upcoming league and event registration and game-day operation topics
Player Responsibilities:
- Oversee all Player and Team registration matters for the club in all Leagues
- Work with Director to ensure rosters are set correctly and that players are registered in an accurate and timely manner
Team Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee all Team registration matters for the club
- Work with all Team Managers to ensure rosters, passes, and all forms are provided to them in a timely manner
