Part-Time Sports Photographer/Videographer (Sponsors/Partner & Activation Focus)

We are seeking a talented Part-Time Sports Photographer/Videographer to capture high-quality images that highlight our sponsors' branding at events. Instead of focusing on players and game action, this role will prioritize delivering compelling visuals that showcase sponsor exposure, engagement areas, and in-game advertising in dynamic and creative ways.
Consists of working home Football, Wrestling, Mens and Womens basketball games with other special events included as needed.
Photograph and film partner branding on LED boards, static signage, and in-venue activations during live events and other special events.
Capture engaging images and videos of fan interactions with sponsored activations, promotional setups, and product displays.
Ensure high-quality, well-composed shots that demonstrate brand visibility and placement in the game-day environment.
Work closely with the Director, Creative Brand Partnerships and the Vice President, Operations to align with branding objectives.
Supply all photos and videos both edited and unedited with proper names after each event, following the organization standards set by the department.
Maintain and organize camera equipment, ensuring readiness for events.
Ability to work roughly ten (10) hours in office a week
Experience in sports, event, or commercial photography/videography.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in capturing branding, signage, or activations.
Proficiency in photo and video editing software (Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere, etc.).
Ability to work in fast-paced environments with changing lighting conditions.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Flexible schedule, including availability for long-hours, evenings and weekends.
Must have own photography equipment (preferred but not required).
This position will begin in late August and requires a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and extended hours on event days. Availability during home Football, Wrestling, Mens and Womens Basketball games, as well as special events throughout the year, is essential
