Position Summary:

Reporting to the Head Coach, Football, the Director of Football Operations is responsible for the administrative operations of the football program.

This position requires some travel as well as evening and weekend hours.

Essential Functions:

Coordinates the overall organization and planning of the program with the head coach.

Oversees the daily operations of the football office and acts as a liaison with the athletics department, residential life, dining services, academic advising, and other university departments as necessary.

Manages all administrative recruiting functions, including maintaining the recruiting database and coordinating on-campus visits for prospective student-athletes.

Manages athletic football scholarships.

Acts as liaison with the athletic compliance office to track, monitor, and document NCAA and Patriot League compliance efforts.

Plans and executes team travel arrangements (hotel, room assignments, transportation, meals, etc.) and is responsible for student-athlete welfare during team travel.

Schedules the use of appropriate facilities and meeting rooms for practice and competition.

Oversees practice and game film taping.

Organizes summer camp and clinics.

Acts as liaison with the marketing and promotions office to promote the program.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 1 year of experience working in athletic administration or coaching, preferably in a collegiate environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Minimum Salary: $64,597.50

Maximum Salary: $70,000.00
