1. Oversee and Manage Outside Service Staff
• Bag Drop: Assist members and guests with their golf bags upon arrival and departure, ensuring proper handling and storage.
• Cart Management: Oversee the golf cart fleet, ensuring they are clean, charged, and primed for use. Maintain cart storage area efficiently.
• Driving Range Operations: Maintain the practice range, guaranteeing balls are picked, cleaned, and properly stocked for member use.
2. Starting and Monitoring Play: Manage tee times, facilitating a smooth flow of play and ensuring members and guests enjoy their time at the club.
3. Golf Shop Duties: Assist in the golf shop operations, setting up tee times, attending to member needs, managing inventory, and ensuring the shop is neat and inviting.
4. Member Engagement: Engage with members regularly, discerning their preferences and ensuring a personalized experience at the club.
5. Event Support: Aid in the organization and management of club events, tournaments, and member outings.
6. Communication: Communicate effectively within the golf department and other departments, ensuring service consistency and addressing any concerns.
