- Plan and conduct daily practices for the FRESHMAN volleyball team, focusing on skill development, strategy, and teamwork.
- Provide individual coaching and feedback to help players improve their volleyball techniques and performance.
- Assist the head coach in preparing the team for competitions, including managing lineups, rotations, and substitutions.
- Foster a positive, supportive, and inclusive team culture focused on sportsmanship, hard work, and growth.
- Support student-athletes in balancing their athletic commitments with academics.
- Communicate regularly with athletes, parents, and athletic staff regarding team activities, schedules, and expectations.
- Ensure proper equipment and facility usage, as well as athlete safety during practices and matches.
- Attend all FRESHMAN team matches, travel with the team when necessary, and support the overall program.
