Assistant Football Coach

Job Description :

• Instruct/ coach and support student- athletes in the fundamental skills, strategy and physical training for them to realize a degree of individual and team success
• Lead, instruct/coach in a manner that embodies, creates, and enhances ethical and moral values, pride of accomplishment, good sportsmanship, self-discipline, self-confidence and team work

Minimum Qualifications : ** All of the following must be met on or before the first practice and throughout the entire season of the sport.

• Pupil Activity Permit (ODE CERTIFICATION)
• Successful completion of all ODE, OHSAA and District required trainings
• Passing of the required BCI/FBI Background Checks
• Follow all RCS Board Policies
• Complete a full season of the sport
• Maintain professional, ethical and suitable conduct
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, Athletic Director, administration and all stake holders

SALARY: In accordance with the established salary schedule.
