La personne titulaire du poste aura pour mission doffrir et de maintenir une relation daffaires hors pair avec nos partenaires. En tant que point de contact principal, cette personne veillera a lexecution proactive des accords de partenariats etablis entre le Club et ses partenaires et sassurera de leur offrir un service client irreprochable. La personne soutiendra la Direction dans le developpement et le deploiement des visibilites et activations pour maximiser les retombees et accroitre le taux de satisfaction des partenaires. De plus, vous agissez comme lien entre les partenaires et les differents services concernes de lorganisation. Une grande flexibilite est requise, puisque le poste implique de travailler de jour, de soir et de fin de semaine en fonction des matchs a domicile et a lexterieur.

Principales responsabilites

  • Veiller a la fidelisation de nos partenaires sur le long terme;
  • Batir et maintenir des relations positives en encourageant les echanges et les rencontres regulieres et en faisant les suivis adequats;
  • Evaluer les demandes et besoins des partenaires et gerer les activations et visibilites afin de repondre aux objectifs communs, et assurer la bonne gestion des ententes negociees;
  • Gerer la realisation de projets, des budgets, des echeanciers, de biens livrables et de leur visibilite;
  • Collaborer etroitement avec les differents services, particulierement le marketing, les operations, les communications et le legal afin dassurer une communication ouverte et un flux de travail uniforme et efficace;
  • Assister a tous les matchs locaux et divers evenements speciaux du Club: accueillir les partenaires et leurs invites, les diriger et soutenir leur experience;
  • Controler et apporter les ajustements necessaires aux ententes et veiller au respect des engagements reciproques en termes de realisation et de conformite aupres des partenaires et des differents services du Club, ainsi quavec les fournisseurs externes;
  • Maintenir un inventaire a jour de nos proprietes de partenariat;
  • Mettre en place et utiliser des outils de suivi et des indicateurs de performance afin de mesurer la valeur et l'impact des partenaires;
  • Produire les post-mortem, les analyses retrospectives et les divers rapports requis;
  • Assurer une comprehension et le suivi du Commercial Guidelines de la Major League of Soccer (MLS);
  • Contribuer proactivement aux ventes incitatives et aux renouvellements de partenaires commerciauxet assister les gestionnaires seniors dans la creation de nouvelles proprietes pour des partenaires potentiels;
  • Formuler des recommandations sur les ameliorations possibles;
  • Toutes autres taches connexes.

Job description

The person in this position will be responsible for offering and maintaining an exceptional business relationship with our partners. As the main point of contact, this individual will ensure the proactive execution of partnership agreements established between the Club and its partners, while providing impeccable customer service. The person will support management in the development and implementation of visibility initiatives and activations to maximize impact and increase partner satisfaction. Additionally, you will act as a liaison between partners and the various departments within the organization. A high degree of flexibility is required, as the position involves working days, evenings, and weekends depending on home and away games.

Main responsabilities

  • Ensure long-term partner loyalty and satisfaction;
  • Build and maintain positive relationships by encouraging regular communication and meetings, and by conducting appropriate follow-ups;
  • Assess partner needs and requests, manage activations and visibility initiatives to meet shared objectives, and ensure proper execution of negotiated agreements;
  • Oversee project delivery, including budgets, timelines, deliverables, and visibility components;
  • Collaborate closely with various departmentsespecially Marketing, Operations, Communications, and Legalto ensure open communication and a smooth, efficient workflow;
  • Attend all home games and special Club events: welcome partners and their guests, guide them, and support their overall experience;
  • Monitor and adjust agreements as needed, ensuring mutual commitments are respected by both the Club and its partners, as well as by external vendors;
  • Maintain an up-to-date inventory of partnership assets;
  • Implement and use tracking tools and performance indicators to measure the value and impact of partnerships;
  • Produce post-mortem reports, retrospective analyses, and other required documentation;
  • Ensure understanding and compliance with Major League Soccer (MLS) Commercial Guidelines;
  • Proactively contribute to upselling and partner renewals and assist senior managers in developing new assets for potential partners;
  • Make recommendations for potential improvements;
  • Perform any other related duties as required.
Qualifications
  • La personnalite ! Creative, innovatrice, proactive, autonome, orientee solution, ayant un grand sens du service a la clientele;
  • Detenir un diplome universitaire en marketing, communications ou autre domaine connexe ;
  • Posseder un minimum de 2 ans dexperience en gestion de client, exploitation de commandites et / ou partenariats ou autre domaine equivalent ;
  • Connaissances et experiences dans le monde du sport est un atout ;
  • Grande capacite a gerer plusieurs projets en meme temps, de facon autonome et a travailler sous pression dans des delais serres;
  • Faire preuve de dynamisme, leadership et de flexibilite et avoir une bonne capacite de communication;
  • Maitrise parfaite du francais et de langlais, a loral et a lecrit; la personne aura a etablir des relations daffaires a linterieur et a lexterieur du Quebec;
  • Bonne connaissance de la suite Microsoft 365;
  • Formation en gestion de projet et/ou ventes est un atout.

Required qualifications

  • The personality! Creative, innovative, proactive, autonomous, solution-oriented, with a strong sense of customer service;
  • University degree in marketing, communications or related fields;
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in customer management, sponsorship operations and/or partnerships, or other related fields;
  • Knowledge and experience in the world of sports is an asset;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work independently and under pressure with tight deadlines;
  • Demonstrate dynamism, leadership, flexibility and good communication skills;
  • Proficient oral and written French and English; the individual will be required to establish business relations both inside and outside Quebec;
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite;
  • Training in project management and/or sales is an asset.
