Eau Claire Golf & Country Club is excited to announce an exceptional opportunity for a Golf Shop Associate. Qualified candidates will demonstrate strong communication skills, professionalism, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service in a collaborative golf operations environment.
We are currently hiring, with anticipated start dates between mid-April and mid-May based on seasonal scheduling.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Works closely with Golf Professionals to check in members and guests and address questions or concerns.
- Communicates regularly with staff to coordinate tee times, course flow, and pace-of-play solutions.
- Assists members and guests with merchandise purchases and golf-related services through clear, helpful communication.
- Engages with members to understand their needs and offers thoughtful recommendations.
- Shares observations and suggestions with Golf Professionals to improve service and operations.
- Contributes to the organization of the golf shop and stock room while coordinating needs with teammates.
- Assists with junior golf programs by communicating expectations and supporting positive experiences.
- Participates in discussions regarding shop presentation, inventory needs, and service improvements.
- Helps maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming golf shop environment.
- Communicates issues, opportunities, and feedback to supervisors in a timely manner.
- Performs additional duties as assigned to support team success.
