The Tennis Coach is responsible for organizing and leading safe, enjoyable tennis programs. This role provides instruction and skill development for participants of all ages and ability levels, fostering sportsmanship and a positive, supportive learning environment.

- Plan and conduct tennis lessons, clinics, and instructional programs.
- Teach fundamental skills including grip, footwork, serving, forehand, backhand, volleys, and scoring.
- Develop age-appropriate and skill-appropriate lesson plans and drills.
- Supervise participants during lessons to ensure safety and proper technique.
- Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and positive behavior.
- Upholds all policies, procedures, standards and code of conduct.
Education and/or Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience playing tennis; coaching or instructional experience preferred.

- Overall supervision and direction are provided by the Youth Program Coordinator.
