Fundraising
a. Organize multiple camps and clinics (both on-campus and satellite) every year
b. Connect with Alumni
c. Attend Hall of Fame functions, including Golf Tournaments, Socials, etc.
d. Hosting alumni gatherings
e. Coordinating friends and family campaigns with the team
f. Making calls and connections to solicit gifts.
g. Promote awareness of the organization's mission and work
h. Cultivate a network of dedicated donors and volunteers
i. Identify new fundraising opportunities
j. Plan fundraising initiatives to help the department meet financial goals

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution, preferably in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Recreation, Sports Management or related field
Four years of collegiate coaching experience
Familiarity of the NJCAA
Fingerprint Clearance Card
Valid Arizona Driver's License
Regular attendance is an essential job function as it demonstrates dependability towards the performance of job duties
More than 3 years of head coaching experience at the NJCAA, NCAA or NAIA leve
Master's Degree from an accredited institution, preferably in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Recreation, Sports Management or related fiel
