Plans and oversees the youth gymnastics program. Guides instructors while they teach gymnastics rotations, ensuring the safety and well-being of each child. Leads warm ups, skills, positions and appropriately demonstrates whenever possible. Performs regular safety checks and possesses ability to safely spot children on basic skills. Leads set up and break down stations and equipment in an organized manner. Arrives 15 minutes before first scheduled class of the day to assign lesson plans and teaching stations.
