Minimum Job Requirements:

• Must possess strong organizational skills and knowledge/ability to demonstrate fundamental skills for volleyball.
• Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively with students, parents, administration, and other staff in a productive, motivating, and creative atmosphere.
• High school level (as defined above) and/or college level playing experience in girls' volleyball.

Other qualifications, which may be considered:

• Coaching experience at the high school level (as defined above) in another recognized athletic program

• Other coaching/leadership experiences with high school aged children within or without high school level settings as defined above
