Assistant Superintendent

Seminole Legacy Golf Club in Tallahassee, FL is seeking a full-time Assistant Superintendent. The role is suited for a motivated individual interested in contributing to a positive experience for members and guests while continuing to grow knowledge of golf club operations. The position calls for a strong work ethic, exceptional attention to detail, and an understanding that elite playing conditions and high expectations may extend beyond a traditional 40-hour work week.

• Managing and supervising a staff of 25-30 employees
• Mixing, calculating, and applying fertilizers and pesticides
• Operating and calibrating spray equipment
• Irrigation system operation and troubleshooting
• Assisting with course renovations and construction projects
• Maintaining detailed records of fertilizer and chemical applications
• Assisting the Superintendent with budget management
• Willingness to volunteer annually at a PGA TOUR event
