Assistant Athletic Trainer

This position works with the head athletic trainer in providing comprehensive athletic training services in an intercollegiate setting. Responsibilities include the prevention, recognition, evaluation, initial management, medical referral, and rehabilitation of injuries and illness encountered in the athletic environment; along with the education and supervision of athletic training students. This position also serves as a Campus Safety Authority as required by federal law in the Clery Act.
