Assist and teach all aspects of the sport of Cross Country through fundamentals in daily practice sessions.

Assist and develop and evaluate each athlete's performance.

Assist and conduct and supervise all practices.

Assist and attend all contests.

Assist and work with Head Coach and Athletic Director.
