Coach Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive program for youth athletes

Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and respect

Provide individual instruction and feedback to players

Monitor and evaluate the performance of players

Motivate and inspire players to reach their goals

Organize and lead practices, games, and other activities

Ensure safety of players at all times

Monitor and maintain equipment

Maintain records of player attendance and progress
