NSL Partnerships Manager Job DescriptionAbout the National Squash League (NSL):The National Squash League (NSL) is the first professional team squash league in the U.S., featuring elite athletes, 13 city-based teams, and passionate fans across top markets like New York, Chicago, Philadelphia, Atlanta, and Washington D.C.Our mission: to grow the sport of squash through world-class competition, entertainment, and partnerships that bring the game to new audiences.About the Role: We're seeking a Partnership Manager to lead sponsorship sales and partnerships with national brands. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who loves sports marketing, enjoys building relationships, and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.What You'll Do:

Drive sponsorship and partnership sales for the league and its teams.Identify and engage national brands across key sectors (sportswear, finance, wellness, tech, hospitality).Create and present customized sponsorship proposals and decks.Negotiate and close deals that deliver strong ROI.Manage and grow relationships with partners.Collaborate with leadership on activations, media, and events.

What We're Looking For:

2-3 years of experience in sponsorship sales, partnerships, or business development (sports or events preferred).Proven record meeting or exceeding project and/or sales goals.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Self-starter with strong organization and follow-through.A passion for squash - ideally a current or former player or avid fan.Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
