Main responsibilities

• Organizes and leads practices and games
• Teaches football fundamentals, techniques, and rules
• Develops age-appropriate offensive and defensive schemes
• Promotes discipline, teamwork, leadership, and character
• Supervises assistant coaches and student-athletes
• Ensures player safety and proper conditioning
• Communicates with parents, school staff, and athletic administration
