MS Head Softball Coach (Appendix II - 1 per school) CONTRACT LENGTH: Sport Season STIPEND: $1465.40 POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for guiding and directing students in a successful softball program at the junior high school level. IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR: Athletic Director School Principal DUTIES: Responsible to help organize and plan practices and develop conditioning programs to develop improved strength, skill, and agility. Must demonstrate an interest in and support of the entire school program by attending activities. QUALIFICATIONS: Experience as a softball coach in a successful program. Must have good communication skills. Must be able to get along with students and parents. Ability to motivate athletes. Experience as a softball participant at the high school or college level.
